A New Lease on Life

The Smith family has finally done it. We've finally secured a lease for an elegant home in a charming and historic town, called Elmhurst, just outside of Chicago.

Crazy as it may sound, Dayna and Grammy have not yet "seen" this house. Unfortunately their lack of time in Chicagoland prevented us from doing so. Also, it seemed like every house we chose to pursue had lept off of the rental market before we had a chance.

This one came to the right place at the wrong time. Nevertheless, I was able to tour the home shortly after Dayna and Grammy had returned to Houston. I knew they would love it.

We're planning to move in on 1 November. So, if you live in Elmhurst and have nothing to do on that day, we could use some help unpacking.
